Yes! We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through your account booking dashboard. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
We recommend booking at least 3-7 days in advance, especially during busy seasons and weekends. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Yes. If you are not available at pickup time, cancel at the door, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. This covers the time and travel already committed by our groomer.

Yes, a valid rabies vaccination record is required. You can upload it when adding your pet's information in the system, or provide a physical copy at the time of service.
Yes, we can accommodate pets with many health conditions. Please inform us in advance about any medical conditions, medications, or physical limitations. For serious health conditions, we may require a veterinarian's approval.
We do our best to work with pets who are nervous or mildly anxious, and we'll always take things at a comfortable pace. However, if a dog has a history of biting or is uncontrollable during handling, we are unfortunately unable to provide service — for the safety of both your pet and our groomer.
